1. Pray continually (1 Thess. 5:16-18)
2. Present our requests to God (Phil 4:6-7)
3. Pray with confidence (1 John 5:14)

There are a lot of needs in the world and it can feel overwhelming when you look at the whole picture. Something that can be helpful is to pray through your “spheres” of influence.
Each person can adapt this to their needs and circumstances.
Sphere 1 – Yourself

Prayer is our two-way personal channel to talk with the Lord. Through prayer we have communion with Him, we are comforted, and our strength is restored. We have this privilege of approaching the very throne room of God!

Talk to the Lord about whatever is on your heart (Psalm 18:6). Your needs can be for health, rest, wisdom, provision, and anything else.
Offer God praise for the blessings He has given you. Pray with humility and ask forgiveness for your sins.
Present your personal requests to God. Ask Him to heal you and strengthen you so you can serve Him!
